  I took my classic car there to get some gas. The pump didn't stop filling when the tank was full. (My car has been fully restored and is in perfect working condition, so that rules out my car have it anything to do with this problem. I have an expensive paint job and they refused to give my so much as a refund for the gas that I paid for that spilled all over the ground! They didn't even care to pick it up! I will do everything in my power to ensure this never happens to anyone here again. Worst customer service ever. So thanks 7/11 for damaging my paint and not even making an effort to care

  Extremely rude woman working the counter. We walked up to the door as she was coming out. She looked at us, sighed and said "of course" We went and grabbed a tea and as we were heading to the counter we could see her outside angrily shaking her head at us. She stormed back in, scan the drink and slammed it down, continuing to shake her head as she told us her total. It was clear she was on the phone and had the call waiting on the counter the whole time and making faces so we would know we were holding her up. I don't care how late it is, you don't act like a child when a customer comes in. If you want to be angry about working then quit.
