  If they don't have the bulbs or can't get them, you are out of luck. The boss usually knows right where the odd special bulbs are. Good service. Frindly.

  Called the store to verify that they had a particular bulb. Asked clerk to hold the item while I purchased on-line. Drove to store only to find out that the bulb that I specified the part number for was not the correct part. The clerk only looked at the bin part number not the part and the whole bin had incorrect parts. Clerk was good enough to call other stores at my request. Only could find the parts at a Batteries Plus that was not part of their network so I had to get a refund to go buy parts at another Batteries Plus. Way too much driving and complication even though I specifically asked for them to check on the parts.
