  This company is very aggravating, they don't call back when merchandise is damaged and needs to be replaced, when a payment is a day late they are alway threatening to come and get it, they won't work with you, the delivery guys are lazy and the "LIE" this is not the company to rent "ANYTHING" from. The location may be convenient, but they aren't. Very Bad customer service!!!!! They SUCK!!!!!!!

  Is not what it used to, they dint have the computer i wanted, they wanted my money so they gave me a "loaner" and "order" the one i wanted. They said they would call me whenever they get it a month passed by... Nothing!! i called them they said it was on order still ... called again after few weeks they still dint know when they would receive it, i was cool with it since payments would apply to the other one once i swap called again after couple weeks and they have the audacity to tell me they're not carrying that especific computer anymore now im stuck with this computer..... Do yourself a favor save time and money go to like aroons or rentacenter they do better bussines than this place im returning the computer after 3 months of dealing with this place they are good at calling you when your payment is due but wont call back or follow up on stuff for you THE CUSTOMER... i am writing this review while restoring the computer to factory settings to return it.... Peace.
