I have been a customer of J West Jewelers since 2004. From replacing watch batteries to repairing my jewelry to making custom pieces for me, Joe West and his staff have always provided quality workmanship as well as wonderful customer service. I am beyond thrilled with my custom diamond ring that was made at J West. Not only was my dream designed turned into reality in just a few days but the work came in under budget and with bigger baguette diamonds than originally planned. J. West jewelers deserves higher than 5 stars. Their customer service is sincere with the customer's best interest at heart and their work is stunning. They took my great grandmother's wedding ring from 1923 and helped me design a breath taking ring that I now wear. Joe and Kelli have a lifelong customer in me and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone seeking a jeweler
