  Terryl and Elise are amazing. The store has a bunch of new people but they go over and beyond for customer service. I bought a necklace from another kay in austin and they only cared about me until the sale was through. This store will go over and beyond for me even AFTER the purchase!

  Horrible customer service. Salesman Chris was very unhelpful and rude. We spend entirely too much money there to be treated disrespectfully. Will never shop here again.

  I went to get a new battery on 2 watches and the sales lady told me that since they were "busy" they would not do it. So much for customer service. I guess since I was not making a big business I eas not worth it.
