My experience was a bit odd as they kept trying to refer to the "man" who would be renting the suit, even though it was clear I was the one requesting. It made me uncomfortable and I was disappointed that they weren't open to a women renting a suit. I still rented from them, and everything was as it should have been, however I won't be going back due to their not having been as welcoming as I would have hoped.
