  What a place not to visit! The employees don't seem to have learned basic manners. Any factory worker will do better than that. I exchanged my original purchase for another product, but the counter clerk said that the exchanged item was the same price and didn't even return the difference. I just came out. I later found out I was cheated. It happened at 8:50 PM on February 9, 2018.

  Lost receipt when bag got thrown away. Store has no technology to pull purchase from credit card - or refuses to do so. Offered to return for ~40% of prlurchase price. Tags still on merchandise. Stick with Academy.
