  I came in with 4 huge bags full of trendy gently used clothing. Obviously I knew they weren’t going to buy all of it, but I was expecting they would take at least 5-10 pieces of clothing. THEY TOOK NOTHING. NOT A SINGLE ITEM OF CLOTHING. It took me 2 days to meticulously choose & pack those clothes! I hauled 4 heavy bags of clothing in and out of the store one by one while carrying my 3 month old daughter and no employee even bothered to help me out. Their reasoning for not buying any of my clothes is that their inventory is very full at the moment. If your inventory is full, why are you still accepting to buy?! You should hang up a sign that says “sorry, our inventory is full. We will not accept your clothing” so customers know not to waste their time packing and trying to sell their clothes. They advertised Plato’s Closet like it’s a piece of cake saying “if you need extra money, just drop off your clothes and we’ll pay you cash right on the spot”. Well, I was falling short in paying my rent, so selling my clothes was my last hope.......well, thanks for failing me Plato’s Closet. It’s been 10 days, still haven’t payed rent. Thanks.
