I am no pitmaster, but after 50yrs eating BBQ, I know good when I taste it. The extra-moist brisket is one our planets absolute culinary wonders. The sauce is the best, hands down, and the sides are amazing across the board. My one nit-picky knock would be that the sausage is "just good" and not world-class like everything else.
