  I was scammed by a sales rep here, Nikole. I came in to try to switch to Sprint while I could still get onto the pokemon go promotion. I was promised unlimited data on pokemon go, and hulu (similar to tmobile) as part of bringing my service over to sprint. I specifically asked questions about it and if it worked with tethering and was told that it did. I later spoke with Sprint customer service because I still didn't receive my credit... only to be told that I would get it in 30 days. Also that there was no such thing as unlimited data for Hulu and Pokemon go. After arguing with them for over an hour I decided to call the store and was told, "sorry that you were misinformed" and that there was nothing that they could do. Not only that but he was very condescending and patronizing about how "apps use data", like I'm a moron. Now I've already switched over from Verizon to Sprint off of my old plan that I was grandfathered into and am now stuck on Sprint until I can get somewhere else. I'm very angry and have filed a complaint with the FCC, FTC, BBB, Attorney General, and also Sprint/Connectivity Source to ensure that this franchise properly trains their employees to provide accurate information in the future. These people should not be able to scam you into a plan and shrug it off as a miscommunication.
