  I have been to the Round Rock outlet Torid several times. I promised the most recent visit would be my last. I NEVER get customer service. Employees /Management are always to busy talking with each other about where merchandise should be put up, and I never have a ability to ask questions, or even feel wanted in the store. When I found a manger to finally open the dressing room, she yelled at the top of her lungs "Dimond, help her" as she rolled her eyes at me. I HATE this store, I dislike the customer service, the number system on the clothes, and I just dislike being treated with such disrespect.

  Store is small & jam packed; hard to find items. Staff is hit & miss. When they are slow they are more willing to assist; however when they are busy don't count on getting help with much. Because it's at the outlet mall the other customers can be rude & I try not to shop here. I will order online & only make returns in store.
