  Lady at the drive through window did not know what she was doing. I specifically stated I needed the script stored as I was going to call another location. I told her I did not want it filled. This is nothing new and I do it all the time. I pick up at a specific store on my way home, but this one is closer to my work so I decided to try it out. An hour later I called the other store and they had no record of the script being scanned in. Called back the drop-off store and waited on hold, after giving my information the guy said "no sir, it's definitely not ready yet". I had to tell him, again, that I do NOT want it filled. I asked how long it would take to scan in and he said to call the other store in 5 minutes. This tells me that something as simple as entering a prescription doesn't get done efficiently. I understand waiting to fill them, but you throw the papers into a stack and don't even enter them in? Very disappointing, I can see why other people's prescriptions aren't ready on time.
